RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please, kindly take note of our returns and exchange policy below to enable us serve you better.
1.For walk in customers, kindly ensure you are satisfied with the fit of your garment before leaving the store as further adjustments after item has been taken out of the store would attract extra cost. *
2.Returns and exchange may be allowed if dresses were delivered through dispatchers and was found faulty or unfit and adjustments can be made within 5 days of return. *
3.In cases of extreme adjustment, there will be a charge based on the number of hours required. *
4.In return, dresses must be in perfect condition (without tear or stains) and with brand label and packaging within 7 days of purchase. *
5.Adjustments can also be made on customized dresses within 7 days but cannot be exchanged. *
6.Sale items can only be exchanged within 5 days of purchase with customer paying for logistics.
